Thank you for shopping at whiletruegeek.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Returns)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

Conditions for return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
  • Include your order number when contacting us.

2. How to Request a Return

Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions by email.

Please do not return items without prior authorization.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is received.
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment, whichever is earlier.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
  3. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

You do not bear any shipping costs for defective/incorrect items.

6. Legal Warranty

All products are covered by the 3-year legal warranty under Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei n.º 67/2003, as amended). If a product shows a lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or a full refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned after the 14-day withdrawal period (unless under warranty)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging
